Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are processed and shipped on weekdays (Monday - Friday), excluding holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Pre-Orders:
For pre-order items, please note that there is a 2-3 week lead time before shipping. The lead time begins once the order is confirmed. You will be notified if there are any delays or updates regarding your pre-order item.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 7 business days
  • Same-Day Shipping: 1-3 business days
    Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Shipping in Metro Manila and Domestic Orders:
For orders within Metro Manila, we offer shipping via Lalamove and Grab.
For all other domestic orders within the Philippines, we use Gogo Xpress, LBC or Ninjavan

International Shipping:
We do offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. The delivery time for international orders can vary depending on the destination country.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website.

Shipping Delays:
While we strive to meet all shipping estimates, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays. Please be patient and contact us if your order has not arrived by the expected delivery date.



Return Policy

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns. However, exchanges may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as if the product is defective or damaged.

Defective or Damaged Items:
If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will replace it. Please contact us immediately at zivreialexi@gmail.com with details of the issue, along with photos of the damage, so we can process your request.

Exchanges for Size:
If you need to exchange your item for a different size, we will provide an exchange depending on stock availability. Please email us at zivreialexi@gmail.com to initiate the exchange process.

Exchange Process:
To exchange your item, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at zivreialexi@gmail.com to notify us of the issue and request an exchange.
  2. Send the item back to:
    First United Building, Escolta St. Binondo, Manila, 1006.
  3. Ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging with all accessories, cases, tags, and hygiene seals included. Missing accessories or parts may result in a refusal of the exchange or refund.

Important Notes:

  • Items must be returned in the same box they were shipped in.
  • All accessories, cases, tags, and hygiene seals should be included in the return package.
  • If items are returned without the necessary accessories, you may not receive a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In that case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
